GoRemit is the online forex service of Aabhushan Forex & Jewels Private Limited, a Mumbai company incorporated on 12 January 2005 and licensed by the Reserve Bank of India as a Full Fledged Money Changer. Families, students and companies in Borivali and the western suburbs come to our offices for travel money; goremit.in brings the same counter online, with live rates, every charge shown up front and documents uploaded from your phone.
What we do
- Currency notes — buy and sell over 20 currencies, with doorstep delivery across Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari and Andheri, or collection from our offices.
- Forex travel cards — new cards, reloads and encashment, as an authorised agent of the card issuer.
- Money transfers abroad — help with education fees, medical treatment, family maintenance and gifts, referred to an authorised dealer bank that carries out the transfer.
- Business travel — accounts for companies, travel agents and education consultants.

How we work
Every transaction follows the RBI Master Direction on money changing activities, FEMA, the Liberalised Remittance Scheme and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. We show the market rate next to our rate, list every charge with GST before you pay, show any rounding as a separate line, and handle your documents with care under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
