Fraud awareness and safety
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Fraudsters sometimes pretend to be forex companies, offer "too good" rates, or pose as delivery staff. These simple checks keep your money safe.
How to recognise us
- Our only website is goremit.in. Our emails come only from addresses ending in @goremit.in.
- Our phone number is +91 83569 24029; our WhatsApp is linked from this website only.
- Bank transfers are accepted only into our company's current account in the name AABHUSHAN FOREX & JEWELS PVT LTD, shown on your order page after you book. We never ask you to pay to a personal account, a personal UPI ID or a "new" account sent by message.
We will never
- Ask for your card PIN, CVV, OTP, net-banking password or UPI PIN — by phone, email, WhatsApp or in person.
- Ask you to install a screen-sharing or "remote support" app.
- Ask for extra cash at delivery beyond the invoice.
- Offer rates far better than the market, or ask for payment to "unlock" an order.
At delivery
Our staff carry a GoRemit ID and know your order number. Check both before handing over documents or signing. If in doubt, call +91 83569 24029 first.
If you suspect fraud
- Call us at once on +91 83569 24029 or write to hello@goremit.in.
- If money was taken, call the National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930 immediately and report at cybercrime.gov.in; also ask your bank to block the payment.
- If your card or bank details were shared, block them through your bank's app or helpline.
