Grievance redressal
Last updated: 28 October 2026
We want to put things right quickly. Every complaint gets a reference number and a named person responsible for it.
Step 1 — Customer care
Call +91 83569 24029 (Mon–Sat, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm), WhatsApp us, write to hello@goremit.in, or speak to the manager at any branch, where a complaint register is also kept. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve most issues within 7 working days.
Step 2 — Grievance Officer
If you are not satisfied, or have not heard back within 7 working days, write to our Grievance Officer:
Mr. Punit M. Jain, Grievance Officer
Aabhushan Forex & Jewels Private Limited
10, Shantinath Apartment, Near Shimpoli Signal, S. V. Road, Borivali West, Mumbai 400092
Email: punit@goremit.in · Phone: +91 79776 70546
The Grievance Officer acknowledges within 48 hours and gives a final reply within 30 days of the complaint.
Step 3 — Outside help
- Reserve Bank of India: if you do not get a reply within 30 days or are not satisfied, you may complain through the RBI's complaint management system at cms.rbi.org.in, or write to the Foreign Exchange Department, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Regional Office, Fort, Mumbai 400001.
- Consumer help: National Consumer Helpline 1915 (or the NCH app), and the consumer commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Personal data: complaints about how we handle your data go to the same Grievance Officer; if unresolved, to the Data Protection Board of India. See the privacy notice.
Complaints about a card, transfer or payment
We will help you raise it, but the decision rests with the provider: card disputes and chargebacks with the card issuer; transfers with the authorised dealer bank (which is covered by the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme); payment failures with your bank or our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments or Razorpay).
