Same trip
If the trip on which the card was issued is still on, reload it online from Reload my card. Log in with your PAN and mobile, pick the card, enter the amount and pay — no new documents are needed.
A new trip
For a fresh journey on the same card, upload the new visa and the round-trip air ticket; the rest of your KYC is taken from your profile.
When a reload is not possible
- After the trip has ended. Encash the balance instead.
- One-time-load trips — the first trip on a new work or immigrant visa, the first trip on a Canada super visa (PG-1), and visitor trips without a return ticket (until you send the return ticket).
- Student cards when the visa, course or passport has expired — send the money by bank transfer to the student's account instead.
Who pays
The cardholder pays from their own account. For a student abroad, the reload can be paid by an immediate family member in India.
