Send money to Singapore
Transfers in Singapore dollars for students at Singapore universities, families supporting relatives working in Singapore, medical treatment, and gifts — through our authorised partner bank, with the live rate and every charge shown before you pay.
What the receiver in Singapore must give you
- Receiver's full name
- Account number
- Bank name, bank code and branch code
- SWIFT code
Check the details with our SWIFT, IBAN and bank-code checker before you book — a wrong digit is the usual reason a transfer is delayed or returned.
Purposes and documents
| Purpose | Key documents |
|---|---|
| University fees | Fee invoice or admission letter, student passport, PAN |
| Student living costs | Admission letter, student passport and visa, PAN |
| Supporting a close relative | Proof of relationship, PAN, address proof |
| Gift to a close relative | Proof of relationship, PAN, address proof |
| Medical treatment | Hospital estimate or invitation, patient's passport |
The sender and the receiver can never be the same person for a family or gift transfer. The partner bank has the final say on documents.
Studying in Singapore
Singapore universities send a fee invoice with the payment details. Pay the exact amount and quote the matriculation or application number.
Good to know
- Ask the receiver for the SWIFT code of their branch and their full account number — Singapore banks need both.
Who sends the money
Aabhushan Forex & Jewels Private Limited is an RBI-licensed money changer and does not send money abroad itself. Your transfer is carried out by RBL Bank Ltd or another of our authorised partners; you pay them directly and the money never passes through us. See how we keep your money safe.
