Documents
- The GIC payment instruction letter from the Canadian bank (account number, SWIFT, reference)
- Letter of acceptance from the college or university
- Student's passport and PAN; the payer's PAN and bank statement if a parent pays
How it works
- Book online and upload the documents.
- We check them and confirm the full cost.
- You pay Your GIC bank's payment portal (such as CIBC) or a bank transfer through Prithvi Exchange (India) Limited or Thomas Cook (India) Limited — we confirm which before you pay directly from your bank account and sign Form A2.
- The bank sends the money; we share the SWIFT copy for your GIC bank.
Get it right first time
Send the exact amount the GIC bank asks for, in Canadian dollars, with charges paid by you (OUR) so nothing is deducted on the way. Quote the reference on the instruction letter.
Common questions
How long until the GIC bank confirms?
The money usually reaches the bank in one to three working days; the bank then issues the confirmation letter, often within a few days.
