Documents

  • The provider's payment instruction (IBAN, BIC and your personal reference)
  • University admission letter
  • Student's passport and PAN; the payer's PAN and bank statement if a parent pays

How it works

  1. Book online and upload the documents.
  2. We check them and confirm the full cost in rupees.
  3. You pay A bank transfer through Prithvi Exchange (India) Limited or Thomas Cook (India) Limited — we confirm which before you pay directly and sign Form A2.
  4. The bank sends euros to the provider; we share the SWIFT copy.

The reference matters

Blocked-account providers match payments by the reference in the instruction. Without it the money can sit unmatched for days. Send the exact amount with charges paid by you (OUR).

How long does it take?

Usually one to three working days to reach the provider; the blocking confirmation follows once they match the payment.
