The rules we all follow
- No cash, no documents through you. Customers upload their own KYC and pay from their own bank account. Partners must not collect customers' money, cards or passports.
- Every customer is checked. PAN, Aadhaar link status and travel documents are verified on every order, as RBI's KYC and anti-money-laundering rules require.
- Honest advertising. Describe GoRemit as an RBI-licensed money changer and quote only rates shown on our site. Don't promise rates, limits or exemptions.
- Privacy. You see order status and commission, not your customers' documents (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
Questions from partners
Who can become a GoRemit partner?
Travel agents, tour operators, education and visa consultants, and other businesses whose customers need foreign exchange. You sign up as a business, upload your KYC and we approve the account, usually within one working day.
Do I collect money or documents from my customers?
No. Your customer books on GoRemit through your link, uploads their own KYC and pays from their own bank account. You never handle their cash, card or passport — this keeps you and your customer safe and within RBI rules.
How is my commission worked out and paid?
A percentage of the order value or a fixed paise per unit of currency, agreed in writing when your account is approved. It is earned on completed orders and paid to your business bank account; GST is applied as per law and TDS is deducted where it applies.
Which products earn commission?
Currency notes, forex cards (new cards and reloads) and money transfers abroad such as university fees, GIC and blocked accounts. The commission for each is shown in your dashboard.
Can I see my customers' orders?
Yes — your dashboard lists every referred order with its status and commission. Customer names are partly masked and you do not see their documents, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Is GoRemit regulated?
GoRemit is run by Aabhushan Forex & Jewels Pvt Ltd, an RBI-licensed Full Fledged Money Changer. Transfers abroad are carried out by RBI-authorised AD Category-I banks and AD Category-II dealers.
